Kindergartens for all Children

With the support of the SUPER project, 25 Local Self-Governments have so far adopted the Strategies for Improvement of Preschool Education. These documents define the directions, goals and activities that will contribute to improvement of lives of preschool children in local communities.

Quality of preschool education is a priority of local governments in Serbia. All local governments are engaged to improve conditions and quality of services of preschool institutions, to increase involvement of children in various programs and forms of work in preschool education.

The adoption of the Strategy further seeks to ensure the availability, quality and sustainability of the preschool system, which is important for children and their families, as well as for the entire local community.

In the coming period, working meetings will be held with representatives of all local governments and preschool institutions involved in the SUPER project aiming to discuss importance of promotion of preschool education at the local level.

The activities of the SUPER project will continue until the end of August 2021.
